4 for April: scare, new, let go, photo
in the mail last week: indefinite space: a journal of new poetry. i helped with the layout of the cover, and am excited to see how it turned out. the counterpart-image, it also connects to the calendar page, with the painting from Oskar Schlemmer. looking at it, i thought: senses, the different parts of us, finding space.
it's a thought i returned to on sunday's drive. and following it, 3 lines of advice came to mind, each of them aimed to create a step of more space in the everyday:
"Each day, do 1 thing that scares you."
"Each day, try something new."
"Each day, let go of something."
*
later a fourth direction followed: last week, i revived my photo blog, and it's such a simple + special joy to add new photos there. so far, the photos lead from trees to water to clouds.
more simple joys to follow:
"Each day, post a photo from a place you've been."
