transit circus identity travel story ? author talk

some things take their while: a month ago, Rose Hunter and i started a "talk" about our story collections, which then grew into a talk about stories, places, the concept of linked story collection - and as we both recently were travelling, this also turned into a dialogue on expectations of a place versus the reality of being somewhere. (and that's just a part of the themes we covered).

the first part of the talk is online now in daily s-press:
author talk: Rose Hunter + Dorothee Lang
on reading, writing, anticipation, transits, reality, and ?

Rose's blog note about the talk is up here: Dorothee y yo

and now i just went back to the place where our 2 books first stood next to each other on a page: that was in the blueprintreview book page of the (dis)comfort zones issue. which went online in January. and which brought the idea for Daily s-Press. and interesting how Daily s-Press is also "in transit" these days: first the summer special, which lead to the idea to be a bit more playful with themes, and make friday an "open theme" day - and now the author talk. which i would like to continue as concept - so if someone is interested in doing an author talk themselves with an author they know and shared books with, then query me.
