note, sunday morning:
the weather is scary in Europe. floodings in the East of Germany, and in Poland. and heat and fires in Russia. here, things are okay, the day yesterday was a beautiful summer day, we went for a drive to the hill plateau not far from here. then back home, the news, so painful to watch. all those people in so many places - Europe, Russia, Pakistan, India - who have to leave their home behind, who can take a bag full of things, and then hope the water or fire won't hit their home too bad. i'm glad to be safe and home today, in a place far from water and fire.
