the new 52/250 theme issue is up: "least favorite"
i took the theme with me when i had to go to a place that actually ranges among my least favorite places: the dentist. i thought that being there might bring an idea for a story, maybe a first draft - and out came something i hadn’t expected: a poem of hope: “crossed”.
the next flash challenges are "bad haircut" (deadline this Sunday), and "Lost in translation" (14.11).
over at photo friday the new theme is: "Dark". dark sky? i thought. and tried a dark version of the sky that didn't want its picture taken. it doesn't look that good in larger size, but the thumbnail finally catches the mood. will look for some more darkness. some amazing images are online already, like this one, from "life in pictures": At the Graveyard. or this stairway in the scenic "woodpecker" blog.
