that is Skywatch. it is ongoing since 6 seasons. i only found it recently. to join, simply take a picture which includes the Sky, post that picture on your blog and then go there to add your sky.
i just added this week's small stone sky collage, which now is part of the larger automatic skywatch collage of more than 160 skies.
