pebble for your pocket (summer zen #6)



 yesterday i remembered this mini meditation, forwarded from a fellow traveller on a journey:

breathing in
i calm my body

breathing out
i smile

**

just a breath. just 4 lines. simple, yet vast when you focus on it.
