Lightwhiskers
the new magazine A Baker's Dozen launched with a combination of art, story and poetry. it includes Lightwhiskers - a joined play with images that developed in November and grew into about a dozen images, and from there, lead to the published series of 7. i tried a quartet collage, but it really works best as image stream: click + scroll down. here's the official description:
Lightwhiskers by Julia Davies, Rose Hunter, Dorothee Lang and Steve Wing: A visual exploration of light transitions – working from one base image, each collaborator added to the growing series.

and more light: this afternoon, i was in my hometown Esslingen, to visit a neolithic exhibition (more on that, later). on the way there, i realized i walked along a street from my childhood that still looks the same. i just had to stop and take a photo - it's now online in Tumblr. and only later did i realize: it's stone 32, unplanned.
