full moon & lessons in world music + networked life

a full moon moment from this week.

and a web find: like yesterday, i listened to a TED talk while doing some repetitive web / photo file formatting stuff. and this time, arrived at "What we are learning from online education" by Daphne Koller, who is enticing top universities to put their most intriguing courses online, free for anyone who wants to take them.

the talk made me curiouses for the courses, and so i visited the course website, which is named "Coursera". i somehow expected courses on Statistics, Maths, Economy, the usual things. they have those, yes. but they cover so much more ground.
