It began as 30 paintings in 30 days by Lynday Bruce and Hilde Oomen. In the first week of january, Chris Nguyen joined the 30 in 30 idea with photography, and through her blog invited others to join, too: "30 haiku in 30 days, or 30 poems, or... that’s the wonderful thing about creativity: there are no limits. Won’t you join us? Add your link in the comments. Don’t worry that we’ve already started – it’s never to late to start."
Now we are 9 doing 30 in 30 - which adds up to more than 250 notes and moments, in all kinds of formats and colors. And while browsing all 9 blogs, the idea for the collage took shape - so today no video for me, but instead the collage in celebration of shared creativity: "Patterns of January"
30 in 30 blogs
And here, the links to the participating blogs - so many different moods and colors included, and at the same time some surprise parallels:
- Chris Galvin, daily photos
- Solange Noir, daily photos
- Jennifer Kaufman, almost daily photos
- Evelyn Jackson, daily photos
- Sue Borgerson, a daily verse building to a 30-verse poem
- Dorothee Lang, daily video moments
- Andy, a daily photo
- Hilda Oomen, daily paintings
- Lynda Bruce, daily paintings
looking forward to the next week.

love it Dorothee, what a great idea.
These look so beautiful all together in a collage! And I've missed some of these- need to check them out. So lovely, thank you for including dewdrops.
so glad you enjoy the collage! it was a joy to browse all the entries of 30/30 so far and create the collage.
Dorothee, this is beautiful! Thanks so much for including my lamp post (and in the center, too!) as well as the links to all our blogs.
What a wonderful idea Dorothee...beautiful!
This is a great idea! Thanks for including my foggy village. It was much prettier this morning with a dusting of snow!
thanks again! i had the same feeling: the single pieces, they look beautiful together in the collage, with the symmetry they include, and it was fascinating to discover the connections and counterparts in color and themes.
Lovely work!
