panasonic ping pong

so i have a new camera. since september. and the camera worked all fine until december. it basically still is working fine, only that the "low battery cell" icon is permanently up. and when i charge the battery, the charger works for 3-5 minutes, then announces "loaded". and the game continues.

so i called the panasonic hotline. which were perfectly competent. and organized the pick-up. i added a letter with a detailed description of the malfunction. and then even received a code to be able to follow the reclamation. well. today the camera came back. the letter they added said: "all checked. no malfunctions."

now guess. i put the battery into the camera--- and the "low battery" icon is up again. while the charger announces that the battery is loaded.

i guess this will now move to the next round of service ping-pong.
