parallel to going through my own works of 2010 at the end of december, i revisited the books i read in 2010. i blogged about many of them, in posts tagged bookshelf.
right now, my (real) bookshelves are sorted alphabetically - that's dating back to the time of visiting the local library on an A-Z basis, one letter per visit. now, with the year reflection, i thought it would be interesting to put all 2010 books in one shelf, to see them together.
i probably will follow that timeline, and re-sort my shelves in the next weeks, see how far back i can date books. many of them are connected to places, and the thought i had is that the bookshelves then also would be like a visual calendar, probably also including travel guides. will see how this works out.
