the current photo friday challenge is: "best of 2010". which fits with my mood of revisiting the year. and was easier than i thought: while in Lanzarote, on a morning beach walk, i stepped into this moment: "sun meets moon".
and just in: a book announcement
there's a manuscript in the making since a while, a travel narrative. now Folded Word just announced the news of their 2011 books to come, in their new year post: "Crazy New Year":
"THE YEAR OF THE MONKEY by Smitha Murthy and Dorothee Lang (our first travel narrative) and FREIGHT by Mel Bosworth (our first novel)."
very happy about this, and about the company of authors at Folded Word. more about the book, soon :)
