photo's friday new them is: Little. it made me think of walking through Essen city centre area, past those huge houses and stores. one of the largest, with an overpowering entry tower, suprisingly is dedicated to "Bücher" = "Books". standing in front of the huge building, thinking of the thousands of books inside, i felt small.
the counterpart moment was waiting on the other end of the city centre: a public building, "Haus der Technik". and in front, the statue of one single person, book in hand: a reader / thinker / ponderer.
