yellow time

today: November wind rustling through trees, sending yellow leaves everywhere. the forecast announced rain, but the rain was kind and arrived in the early morning, and made space for some sun during the day. i even could sit outside for a bit, and read in one of the books i brought from the libary: Francois Lelord's "Hector and the discovery of time," a reflection on life, pace, time, memories. so fitting for this season.

here's a line from it: "Imagine your life as a song - what tune would your life have?"

*

and a dream fragment: standing at the kitchen window, i saw how two a man and a woman were standing just outside our garden, with a box of seedlings. they took time to select some of them for us, and then carefully planted them, so they could grow.
