"Zu Hause ist es auch schön," she said. "Besonders, wenn man von irgendwo zurückkommt."
(uhm. now how to translate that and keep the mood. maybe like this: "At home it's beautiful, too - even more so when coming back from somewhere.")

I found your "sky diary" the other day and came back to it today -- what a great thing to post!
I just moved into a place that has a great deck, so I now have great sky views.
Too often we're just looking down or across, and your photos are a great reminder to look up.
